If your management company wishes to pursue activities for which it has been authorised for the first time in another Member State, you have to notify this.
Below you can download the form. Please fill in the the first part and send it as an attachment by e-mail to ucits@afm.nl.
The AFM will fill in the second part and send the form to the regulator in the host Member State.
